Partnering with ASM Clinic to Strengthen Primary Healthcare

One such partnership is with ASM Clinic, a respected community healthcare organisation in Mpumalanga Province. Since its establishment in 1990, ASM has dedicated itself to delivering comprehensive, quality primary healthcare services to individuals and families who face challenges in accessing medical care. Registered as a Non-Profit Company (NPC), Public Benefit Organisation (PBO), and Non-Profit Organisation (NPO), ASM has remained steadfast in its mission to serve communities with dignity, compassion, and excellence.

Bringing Healthcare Closer to Those Who Need It Most

ASM Clinic was established with a clear vision: to take quality, comprehensive primary healthcare directly to communities where access to medical services is limited. As the healthcare needs of surrounding communities evolved, ASM continued to expand its reach to ensure that vulnerable individuals were not left behind.

Following the establishment of a Department of Health clinic within the original community it served, ASM redirected its resources to Peebles Valley, near White River, where access to quality healthcare remained a pressing need. In 2017, the organisation further expanded its services by introducing a weekly primary healthcare programme to the community of Msholozi, extending its impact to even more families requiring accessible healthcare.
